Digital: Casino Group’s subsidiary RelevanC acquires local marketing specialist Inlead

Casino Group’s subsidiary RelevanC, specialised in targeted marketing solutions for brands, agencies and retailers, announced the acquisition of Inlead, a startup based in Nantes, Atlantic France, that develops digital marketing solutions for physical outlets and retail networks. 

Founded in 2016 by Philippe Juredieu, Inlead has developed the first marketing platform to help franchises and multi-location businesses manage geolocalised digital campaigns via Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Display, Microsoft Ads and Waze. 

The startup relies on a team of 18 employees and 60 clients, representing 8,500 points of sale in France including Tryba Industrie, Century 21, France Pare-Brise, Vapiano, Crédit Agricole, Save, Bosch Car Service, etc. 

Inlead, an innovative startup for geo-targeted digital campaigns

By acquiring the Nantes-based company Inlead, RelevanC plans to complete its marketing solutions and offer relevant geo-targeted digital campaigns to its clients. It can count on Inlead’s expertise in this field. Inlead’s offer consists of 3 activities developed for local outlets: 

  • a digital campaign module to create geolocalised marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • a presence management module to improve the search engine visibility of a network
  • a store locator module to optimise local referencing through local pages for each store. 

An opportunity for RelevanC to strengthen its position on the SMEs market

This acquisition is an opportunity for RelevanC to expand its range of expertise and strengthen its position on the SMEs market. On the other hand, RelevanC will allow Inlead to grow on an international scale with its data and technological expertise.
