The Pays de la Loire regional council, the French government and its partners have launched “accélérateur foncier”, a real-estate fast-track scheme to identify ideal industrial sites and, to streamline procedures for businesses looking to set up in the region. As part of this real-estate accelerator, the Regional Council and its partners have identified a first set of 9 sites offering significant potential for industrial and economic growth.
