It’s a unique window of opportunity. In Le Carnet, along the bank of the Loire river, 110 hectares of land plots connected to Nantes Saint-Nazaire Port infrastructures are now available for companies in the environmental technology sector. Offers are to be addressed before 29th November 2019.

France’s first floating wind turbine, Floatgen, was installed there. Le Carnet is a port and industrial activity zone located on the south side of the Loire, between Saint-Nazaire and Nantes. It was designed to host green tech activities involving fluvio-maritime traffic.

Port authority is marketing large-sized plots of land (up to 20 hectares all in one piece, 110 hectares in total) providing water transportation facilities. Adapted to XXL cargo consignments, the site is also going to offer a 200-metre-long quay and a ro-ro berth.

Do you have an innovative project in envirotech? This environmentally-friendly industrial zone situated next to the leading port on France’s Atlantic Seaboard could be the perfect match.
